PATIENT STORIES
Real Patient Stories — Hear What They Have To Say
This office has the friendliest, most cheerful staff I’ve ever encountered in a medical facility.
Very customer service-oriented, thorough and congenial service. That’s why we drive over 70 miles round-trip to get their service for more than 20 years
Great Staff
Staff is polite, professional and caring. They are knowledgeable and willing to help.
I came in as a new patient, and my first visit was disappointing. It took nearly two hours just to complete an exam, X-rays, and have the dentist check my teeth. I was placed in a room where the equipment wasn't functioning properly, which caused even more delays. The nurses didn't seem to be communicating well with each other. Every few minutes, someone would come in, then leave, and I would often wait another 20–25 minutes before anyone returned. The lack of coordination made the visit feel much longer than it needed to be. On a positive note, the office was clean and looked professional. However, because of the long wait and disorganization, my first impression wasn't great. Overall, I'd rate my experience a 6/10.
This is the bestest experience I’ve ever gotten from a dental office. Top notch customer service. Every step of the way, all was explained before proceeding. The team was pleasant from beginning to the end. Normally when I go to any medical facility the doctors are not always nice but this doctor, she came in and introduced herself while shaking my hand. Wow. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!😃
Three stars given because the lady handling my case was very rude. Upon me initialing coming I had a balance due to insurance not covering an X-ray. That’s fine. I don’t do outstanding balances and was prepared to pay on my second visit along with my copay. Upon my second visit I was informed I had no outstanding balances and only had to pay my co pay. Cool. Then on my 3rd appointment the lady tells me I have an outstanding balance and I questioned her due to being told 4 weeks prior I was paid in full. She immediately got rude with me and insisted I pay my co pay now and she will tell me after my appointment. Upon her entering my $76.80 copay SHE CHARGED MY CARD FOR $7380!!!!!!! no apology or kindness. I understand mistakes happen and the charge was reversed but kindness goes a long way and her energy was off from the beginning. I will say the office manager did come correct and provided rest assurance and the remaining staff have always been pleasant.
The dental services were awesome however the administrative staff had much to be desired. Their professionalism is at an all time low. Unfortunately for me every visit there was an issue except the first two visits where I dealt with Caleb. They treat you as though you’re trying to get a service without payment. Yesterday the lady came and said “stop the work! we can’t seat those crowns until we’re paid 1861.00, this is after giving me a document to sign stating there was no fee for the seating, however, I knew I had a balance of $533. Which I brought to her attention. She insisted that I paid the 1861.00 and I told her NO, you need to check your records. She deportment and delivery just got totally angered me. She came back, “I got good news your balance is 661. At that point I wanted out of there I paid. There was no apology from ANYONE. I will complete my dental work Elsewhere
